Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ("Company", "we") governing use of Carifyi at https://carifyi.com. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Carifyi provides an AI-assisted resume workspace including resume creation, job-description tailoring, ATS analysis, LaTeX editing, PDF export, template library, and related career tools. Features may change, be added, or removed as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@carifyi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Certain AI actions consume credits. Credits may be granted on signup, purchased as packs, or included in subscription plans. Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms where applicable.

Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable. Unused subscription credits may not roll over unless explicitly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future purchases.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload malware, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass rate limits or credit systems
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without written permission
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Use AI outputs to misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity to employers

AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying accuracy of resumes before submission to employers. We do not guarantee interview callbacks, job offers, or ATS pass rates. Carifyi is a tool to assist your job search, not a recruiting agency.

We own the platform, software, branding, and default templates. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (including sending prompts to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy).

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (OpenAI, Supabase, cloud providers), or force majeure may cause downtime. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (liability limits, governing law) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
