1. Overview
Carifyi sells digital services — AI credits and subscription access to resume tools. Because delivery is immediate upon payment, refunds are limited as described below. Please read this policy before purchasing.
2. Credit packs (one-time purchases)
Unused credits: If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any credits from that purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing info@carifyi.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID.
Partially or fully used credits: Once credits from a pack have been consumed for AI actions (tailoring, compilation, chat, etc.), that purchase is non-refundable, including partially used packs.
Welcome / promotional credits: Free or promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
3. Subscriptions (Student Pass / Pro Pass)
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Within 7 days of first subscription charge: If you have used fewer than 10% of your monthly included credits, you may request a pro-rata or full refund at our discretion.
After 7 days or heavy usage: Subscription fees for the active period are generally non-refundable.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but credits were not added due to a technical error, contact us within 14 days. We will either credit your account or issue a refund after verification. Duplicate charges caused by payment gateway errors will be refunded in full.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact info@carifyi.com before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will provide Razorpay and your bank with transaction logs where permitted.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@carifyi.com with:
- Registered account email
- Date and amount of payment
- Razorpay payment ID or order ID (from email receipt or bank statement)
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in India.
8. Changes
